This is kinda cool just wish I didnt have to pay for most of them...
good for a laugh. the chopping could do with some attention though, but all things considered worth downloading ;-)
Pretty fun. Be better if it wasnt for all the ads popping up, but overall pretty good
Some bad moments
This app is amazing I love it, it works amazing. But when I go to upload my own background it tells me to share on Facebook so I do and when I get back it says "Pic Chop has a error!" Please Fix!

Nice to make photos, needs little enhancement for chopping and editing photos
Takes a few tries to really get it down but so easy and quick. Great fun options!
Used to love this app and it was so much fun , I used to love adding my own photos and chopping them. Just seen recently they now CHARGE 1.99 to upload your own background!!! Hella greedy and just shows how money hungry these companies are! Why did you have it in the first place ! Uninstalling and passing the word .
Thank goodness this app went free at least for a short while anyway. It was being advertised so I downloaded it bc it couldnt be any worse than the other app I was using which was horrible. This app does so much more than the other app did which would literally take me forever to put something together.
